If you, as a beneficiary, chose a cash payment option and need to receive SMS notifications, your mobile number must be registered in your own name.
If you received payment dates on your status, but no vouchers yet (or lost them), contact the bank you selected for assistance.

SRD grants will only be paid into the beneficiary’s own bank account, as a measure to avoid fraud. Thus, if your chosen payment option is cash, enter your own bank details on Sassa’s website.
