When the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development is hiring for government vacancies:

Applications must be sent with an accompanying and signed Form Z83, an updated comprehensive CV that is recent, plus  certified copies of the applicant’s ID and all qualification(s).

Foreign qualifications have to be supplied with a South African
Qualification Authority (SAQA) evaluation certificate.

Non-SA Citizens must accompany applications with a certified copy of proof of permanent residence in South Africa.

All qualifications and applications will be subject to verification and reference checks. If needed, candidates will be subjected to a skills/knowledge test.

Important: only applications that arrive before the closing date will be considered, without exception. 

Only applications accompanied with all requested documents will be considered.

Appointments of successful candidate/s will be on a year probationary period (total of 12 months).

Only successful, short listed candidates will be contacted within three (3) months after the closing date.

The department reserves the right not to make any appointment for advertised government vacancies.
