Job Description

Fidelity Security Services is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and professional Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at Silverstar Casino.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum age of 30 years.
Grade A PSIRA registration.
Valid South African driver’s licence.
Own reliable transport (essential).
Willing and able to respond to site after hours in the event of any security-related incident or emergency.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Security Management role.
Proven experience managing security personnel, operations, and client relationships.
Strong investigation skills with the ability to conduct professional investigations and compile comprehensive investigation reports.
Excellent report writing and administrative skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Able to work under pressure and manage high-risk incidents professionally.

Advantageous

Previous gaming/casino security experience.
Valid Gaming Licence (not compulsory but will be highly advantageous).
Experience working within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all security operations on site.
Lead, supervise, and develop security personnel.
Conduct investigations into incidents and submit professional reports.
Maintain a high standard of client service and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and gaming regulations.
Liaise with casino management, law enforcement, and other stakeholders where required.
Drive continuous improvement in security standards and operational performance.
