Minimum Requirements

Qualification
• National Diploma Electrical Engineering

OR

N6 Electrical Engineering

Experience:
• 4 Years Minimum Related experience in the Distribution maintenance environment
Skills and Competencies

• Skill: Negotiation, Analytical, Prioritisation

• Computer systems i.e Maximo,MS Project, FMS and Smallworld
• Customer Interface Training
• Knowledge of Field services processes
• Knowledge of Field services Skills and Work Practises
• Knowledge of Distribution Network and Plant
• Knowledge of System Protection
• Knowledge of HV,MV and LV Regulations
• Knowledge of material management, maintenance planning, Major Construction Processes
• Knowledge of Network and Plant Maintenance Practices
• Resource Balancing,Levelling,Schedulling and Optimisation
• Resource Forecasting
• Risk Management

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain work schedule
• Ensure optimal resource allocation
• Ensure customer service
• Coordinate schedule information
• Recommend improvements to the scheduling environment
